Terms and Conditions
Wildkraut UK Ltd – Consumer Sales
Last updated: 7 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made by consumers from Wildkraut UK Ltd through the Wildkraut UK website and other authorised consumer sales channels.
1. ABOUT US AND SCOPE OF THESE TERMS
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of products by:
Wildkraut UK Ltd
Court House, Court Road
Bridgend
CF31 1BE
United Kingdom
Company Registration Number: 16708746
Registered in England and Wales
VAT Registration Number: GB 506 2284 13
Email: inquiry.uk@wildkraut.com
(“Wildkraut”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.2 These Terms apply to purchases made by consumers through our UK website and any other consumer sales channel operated or authorised by Wildkraut. For the purposes of these Terms, a “consumer” means an individual acting wholly or mainly for purposes outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession.
1.3 These Terms are intended for consumer purchases only. If you purchase products wholly or mainly for business, resale, wholesale, commercial or professional purposes, separate business-to-business terms may apply.
1.4 You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our UK website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract.
1.5 Before completing an order, you will be given the opportunity to review these Terms. By placing an order and confirming your acceptance of these Terms during checkout, you agree to be bound by them.
1.6 Our Privacy Policy and any applicable Returns and Shipping Policy form separate policies governing how we handle personal information and certain operational aspects of orders. Nothing in those policies or in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
2. ORDERING AND FORMATION OF CONTRACT
2.1 The display of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer by Wildkraut. It is an invitation for you to place an order.
2.2 By completing the checkout process and activating the relevant order button, you submit an offer to purchase the products in your basket. The final checkout step will make clear that placing the order involves an obligation to pay.
2.3 After receiving your order, we will normally send you an email acknowledging receipt. An acknowledgement of receipt does not, by itself, constitute acceptance of your order.
2.4 Unless Section 4 relating to Subscriptions provides otherwise, a binding contract is formed when we:
(a) send you an email expressly confirming acceptance of your order; or
(b) dispatch the products to you,
whichever occurs first.
2.5 All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment authorisation. We may decline an order before it has been accepted where there is a reasonable basis for doing so, including where:
(a) a product is unavailable;
(b) payment cannot be authorised;
(c) we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised use;
(d) applicable delivery restrictions prevent us from fulfilling the order;
(e) the order breaches applicable law or these Terms; or
(f) an obvious and genuine pricing or product information error has occurred.
2.6 If we cannot accept an order after payment has already been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the affected products without undue delay.
2.7 Information which we are legally required to provide to you before the contract is entered into forms part of the contract where applicable. Nothing in these Terms permits Wildkraut to remove or restrict rights which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
3. PRICES, TAXES AND DELIVERY CHARGES
3.1 Prices displayed on the Wildkraut UK website are stated in pounds sterling (GBP). Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices include applicable UK VAT.
3.2 We will provide clear pricing information before you place an order. Where a mandatory charge, tax or fee can be calculated in advance, it will be reflected in the total price presented to you. Where a delivery charge or another amount depends on information which we do not yet have, such as the delivery destination, we will explain how that charge is calculated and display the applicable total before you place the order.
3.3 The total amount payable for your order will be displayed before you activate the final payment or order button.
3.4 Wildkraut may offer promotions, discounts, vouchers, introductory prices or free or discounted delivery from time to time. Specific terms, eligibility requirements and expiry dates may apply to those offers.
3.5 Discounts and promotional offers have no cash value and cannot normally be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.6 If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we may contact you and give you the option of continuing at the correct price or cancelling the order. If the order is cancelled and payment has already been collected, the amount paid will be refunded. Nothing in this clause affects any rights you may have where a contract has already been formed.
4. SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASES
4.1 Subscription Service
Wildkraut may offer certain products for purchase on a recurring subscription basis (“Subscription”). When taking out a Subscription, you will select the applicable product or products, quantity and available delivery frequency. Before you enter into the Subscription, we will provide you with clear information regarding, as applicable:
(a) the products included;
(b) the Subscription price;
(c) the amount and frequency of recurring payments;
(d) the delivery frequency;
(e) applicable delivery charges;
(f) whether the Subscription automatically continues;
(g) any minimum commitment period;
(h) any introductory, promotional, free or discounted period;
(i) the price payable after any introductory or discounted period;
(j) how the Subscription can be changed;
(k) how and when the Subscription can be cancelled; and
(l) any other information required by applicable consumer law.
4.2 No Minimum Commitment Unless Stated
Unless expressly stated before you enter into the Subscription, there is no minimum commitment period. Your Subscription will continue automatically until you cancel it or until it is terminated by Wildkraut in accordance with these Terms.
4.3 Formation of the Subscription Contract
By selecting a Subscription and completing the checkout process, you submit an offer to enter into a recurring Subscription contract with Wildkraut. You also expressly authorise Wildkraut and its authorised payment service providers to collect recurring payments from your selected payment method in accordance with the payment frequency disclosed during checkout. The Subscription contract is formed when Wildkraut sends you a Subscription confirmation or other confirmation expressly accepting your Subscription.
4.4 Recurring Orders
Following formation of the Subscription contract, recurring orders will automatically be generated according to the delivery frequency selected by you. You do not need to place a new order manually for each recurring delivery. Recurring orders remain subject to product availability and successful payment.
4.5 Recurring Payments
You will be charged the applicable Subscription price at the frequency disclosed when you entered into the Subscription. Payment will normally be collected using the payment method stored in connection with your Subscription. Where available, your next scheduled payment or order date will be displayed in your customer account.
4.6 Order and Dispatch Confirmations
For recurring orders, Wildkraut will provide appropriate confirmation electronically. Once an order has been dispatched, we will normally provide a dispatch or shipping confirmation. We will also provide any reminder, renewal, cancellation, cooling-off or other Subscription notices required by applicable law.
4.7 Customer Account
You may be required to create or use a customer account to manage your Subscription. Your registered email address will normally be used to identify your account. Where the relevant functionality is available, you may use your account to:
(a) change the subscribed quantity;
(b) change the delivery frequency;
(c) change the delivery address;
(d) update eligible payment information;
(e) view upcoming Subscription orders or payment dates;
(f) pause your Subscription where that functionality is offered; or
(g) cancel your Subscription.
4.8 Changes to a Subscription
If you wish a change to apply to your next scheduled order, you should normally make the change at least 24 hours before the next scheduled payment or processing date. Where a change is made less than 24 hours before that date, we will use reasonable efforts to apply the change to the next order but cannot guarantee that this will be possible if payment processing or fulfilment has already begun. In that case, the change will take effect from the following recurring order.
4.9 Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel your Subscription at any time without a cancellation fee.
A Subscription entered into online may be cancelled through the online cancellation functionality in your customer account where available.
You may also cancel by contacting us at:
inquiry.uk@wildkraut.com
You are not required to provide a reason for cancelling.
4.10 Cancellation Before the Next Order
To ensure that the next recurring order is not processed, we recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the next scheduled payment or processing date. If you cancel less than 24 hours before that date, we will use reasonable efforts to stop the order. However, if payment processing, picking, packing or other fulfilment activity has already begun, that order may still be processed and dispatched. Your Subscription will then end and no subsequent recurring orders will be generated.
4.11 Confirmation of Cancellation
We will provide confirmation when your Subscription has been cancelled. Once cancellation has taken effect, no future Subscription payments will be collected other than amounts relating to an order which had already been validly processed before cancellation took effect.
4.12 Subscription Price Changes
Wildkraut may propose changes to Subscription prices from time to time. Any increase will relate only to future Subscription orders. We will provide reasonable advance notice of a proposed price increase and state:
(a) the new price;
(b) the date from which we propose the new price to apply; and
(c) how you may cancel your Subscription.
Where applicable law requires your express agreement to the new price, we will obtain that agreement before charging the increased price. If you do not agree to a proposed price change where your agreement is required, we may continue the Subscription at the existing price or terminate the Subscription on reasonable notice.
4.13 Introductory and Promotional Subscription Prices
Where a Subscription begins with a free, introductory, discounted or promotional period, we will disclose before you enter into the Subscription:
(a) the introductory price;
(b) the duration of the introductory period;
(c) when the regular price will begin to apply; and
(d) the regular recurring price.
4.14 Failed Subscription Payments
If we cannot successfully collect a recurring payment, we may make reasonable further attempts to collect the payment using the authorised payment method. We may contact you using the email address associated with your account and ask you to update your payment information.
4.15 Suspension
Wildkraut may temporarily suspend a Subscription where:
(a) payment cannot be processed;
(b) delivery information is incomplete or invalid;
(c) we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity;
(d) fulfilment is temporarily impossible; or
(e) suspension is reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory or safety reasons.
While a Subscription is suspended, further recurring orders will not normally be dispatched unless an order had already entered fulfilment before suspension.
4.16 Termination by Wildkraut
Wildkraut may terminate a Subscription where reasonably necessary, including where:
(a) repeated payments fail;
(b) you materially breach these Terms;
(c) we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
(d) the subscribed product is permanently discontinued or unavailable;
(e) continuing the Subscription would breach applicable law;
(f) there is a product safety or regulatory issue; or
(g) Wildkraut discontinues the relevant Subscription service.
Where reasonably practicable, we will give you advance notice.
4.17 Refund Following Termination
You will not be charged for future Subscription orders which will not be supplied following termination. Any payment already collected for goods which will not be supplied will be refunded to the original payment method unless another method is agreed.
4.18 Statutory Cancellation and Cooling-Off Rights
Your contractual right to cancel a Subscription under this Section is separate from and additional to any statutory cancellation or cooling-off rights you may have. Where the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, your statutory rights will apply in accordance with those Regulations. When the subscription-specific provisions of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 become applicable to your Subscription, Wildkraut will provide the pre-contract information, reminder notices, cooling-off notices, cancellation mechanisms and other protections required by that legislation and any applicable regulations.
4.19 Changes Required by Law
Wildkraut may make changes to the administration or operation of its Subscription service where reasonably necessary to comply with changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements. Where a change affects your contractual rights or obligations, we will provide notice and obtain your agreement where required by law. Nothing in this Section limits your statutory consumer rights.
5. PAYMENT
5.1 The payment methods available to you will be displayed during checkout and may include debit or credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or other payment methods made available by Wildkraut.
5.2 Payment methods may vary depending on order type, order value, country, payment provider or other legitimate operational considerations.
5.3 For orders requiring payment by bank transfer, we may wait until cleared payment has been received before dispatching the products.
5.4 You are responsible for bank charges imposed directly by your own bank or payment provider.
5.5 Payments made electronically may be processed by third-party payment service providers. You must provide complete and accurate payment information and be authorised to use the relevant payment method.
5.6 If payment is refused or reversed, we may suspend fulfilment or decline the order where legally permitted.
5.7 We may carry out reasonable fraud-prevention and payment-security checks. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that a transaction is fraudulent, unauthorised or otherwise unlawful.
5.8 The statutory commercial late-payment interest provisions applicable to qualifying business-to-business debts do not apply to consumer purchases under these Terms.
6. DELIVERY, DISPATCH AND TRANSFER OF RISK
6.1 Products will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you when placing the order or subsequently validly updated by you. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided is complete and accurate.
6.2 Unless a different dispatch period is stated for a particular product or agreed with you, Wildkraut aims to dispatch orders within seven business days after successful payment.
6.3 Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we have expressly agreed a specific delivery date with you. Where no delivery time has been agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and within the period required by applicable consumer law.
6.4 If delivery is significantly delayed, we will inform you where reasonably possible. Your statutory rights relating to delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.
6.5 Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when you, or a person identified by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.
6.6 Where you independently commission a carrier which was not offered by Wildkraut as a delivery option, different statutory rules concerning transfer of risk may apply.
6.7 Wildkraut remains responsible for the products while they are being transported by a carrier selected or arranged by us.
6.8 If delivery cannot be completed because you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, failed to collect the products or otherwise prevented delivery, we may:
(a) contact you;
(b) arrange redelivery; and
(c) charge reasonable and evidenced additional delivery or return costs where legally permitted.
6.9 We will not impose disproportionate storage, handling or cancellation charges.
6.10 If your parcel appears to have been lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can investigate with the carrier. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights.
7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT REQUIREMENTS
7.1 The countries to which we currently deliver are shown on our website or during checkout. Wildkraut is not obliged to accept an order for a destination to which we do not offer delivery.
7.2 For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, import duties, local taxes, customs charges or handling fees may apply. Where such charges can be calculated and are payable as part of the purchase from Wildkraut, they will be disclosed as required by applicable law.
7.3 Where local import charges are levied directly by the authorities or other third parties in the destination country and are not collected by Wildkraut, you may be responsible for paying them.
7.4 You are responsible for complying with lawful import requirements applicable in the destination country.
7.5 We are not responsible for customs delays to the extent that they result from action by customs or regulatory authorities outside our reasonable control and are not caused by our breach of contract.
7.6 If goods are returned to us because you refused to pay properly disclosed import charges or failed to comply with applicable import requirements, we may deduct reasonable and evidenced costs actually incurred by us from any refund, where permitted by law.
7.7 Nothing in this Section excludes mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country of residence.
8. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL A DISTANCE PURCHASE
8.1 Statutory Right to Cancel
Where you are a consumer who purchases goods online or through another qualifying distance-selling method, you will normally have a statutory right to cancel the contract without giving a reason.
8.2 Cancellation Period
For a standard order containing one delivery of goods, the cancellation period normally ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
8.3 Multiple Deliveries
Where a single order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the statutory cancellation period will normally run from the day after you receive the last relevant item.
8.4 Regular Delivery of Goods
Where applicable law treats the contract as a sales contract for the regular delivery of goods during a period of more than one day, the statutory cancellation period will normally run from the day after the first goods are received.
8.5 Exercising the Right to Cancel
To exercise your statutory cancellation right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement before the applicable cancellation period expires.
You may contact us by email at:
inquiry.uk@wildkraut.com
or by post at:
Wildkraut UK Ltd
Court House, Court Road
Bridgend
CF31 1BE
United Kingdom
8.6 You may use the Model Cancellation Form at the end of these Terms, but you are not required to do so.
8.7 Exceptions
The statutory right to cancel may not apply in circumstances provided by law, including, where applicable:
(a) goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
(b) sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery; and
(c) goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
8.8 An exception from the statutory cooling-off right does not remove your separate rights where goods are faulty, unsafe, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.
8.9 Subscription Cancellation
The right to cancel a recurring Subscription at any time under Section 4 is separate from the statutory cooling-off right described in this Section.
9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOLLOWING CANCELLATION
9.1 If you validly exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund payments which we are legally required to reimburse. This will normally include the price paid for the goods and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
9.2 If you selected a more expensive delivery method, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
9.3 We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and within the time required by law. For cancelled sales contracts involving returned goods, we may withhold reimbursement until:
(a) we have received the goods back; or
(b) you provide evidence that you have sent them back,
whichever occurs first.
9.4 Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed. We will not charge you a fee merely for processing a statutory refund.
9.5 You must send or hand the products back without undue delay and, where the statutory cancellation rules apply, no later than 14 days after notifying us that you wish to cancel.
9.6 Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind cancellation where this has been disclosed to you as required by law.
9.7 Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Wildkraut will bear reasonable return costs where required by law.
9.8 You may examine goods in the same way as you reasonably would in a physical shop. We may make a legally permitted deduction from a refund where the value of goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
9.9 Return Address
Unless we provide you with a different return address, physical returns may be directed to our fulfilment partner:
LOGSTA UK Ltd / Quivo
Unit 5, Priors Way Industrial Estate
Priors Way
Maidenhead
SL6 2HP
United Kingdom
We recommend checking your return instructions before sending the goods, as our fulfilment address may change.
Do not send products to an address other than the return address provided by Wildkraut for your order.
10. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS
10.1 The products we supply must meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This includes requirements that goods are, where applicable:
(a) of satisfactory quality;
(b) fit for their intended purpose; and
(c) as described.
10.2 Your rights relating to faulty goods are separate from the 14-day distance-selling cancellation right.
10.3 Where goods fail to conform to the contract, you may have a statutory short-term right to reject them. That right will normally last for 30 days, subject to the specific rules applying to the goods concerned. For goods which can reasonably be expected to perish in a shorter period, a shorter statutory period may apply.
10.4 Where applicable, you may also have rights to:
(a) repair;
(b) replacement;
(c) a price reduction; or
(d) a final right to reject the goods and obtain a refund.
The remedy available will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
10.5 Where you validly reject faulty goods, Wildkraut will bear reasonable return costs where required by law.
10.6 If you receive an item which is damaged in transit, incorrect or materially different from what you ordered, please contact:
inquiry.uk@wildkraut.com
and provide reasonable information about the problem so that we can resolve it.
Nothing in this Section limits your statutory rights.
11. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS AND PROPER USE
11.1 Some Wildkraut products contain ingredients or materials of natural origin. Minor natural variations in appearance, colour, scent, texture or size may therefore occur between production batches.
11.2 A natural variation does not constitute a defect merely because it differs slightly from another batch, provided that the product remains of satisfactory quality, fit for its intended purpose and consistent with its description.
11.3 Products should be used in accordance with the information, warnings and instructions supplied with them or displayed on the relevant product page.
11.4 Wildkraut will not be responsible for loss or damage to the extent that such loss or damage is directly caused by deliberate misuse, unauthorised modification or use contrary to clear safety or usage instructions.
11.5 Nothing in this Section excludes liability or consumer rights which cannot legally be excluded.
12. OUR LIABILITY TO CONSUMERS
12.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Wildkraut’s liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for:
(a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) liability for defective products where it cannot lawfully be excluded; or
(d) any other liability which applicable law does not permit us to exclude or restrict.
12.2 If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage which is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
12.3 Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen or if, when the contract was made, both you and Wildkraut knew that it might happen.
12.4 We are not responsible for losses which were not reasonably foreseeable.
12.5 These Terms apply to consumer purchases. We are therefore not responsible under these consumer Terms for business losses such as loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of contracts or loss of commercial opportunity arising from a purchase made for business purposes.
12.6 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
13. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
13.1 Wildkraut will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law. Such events may include serious transport disruption, natural disasters, industrial action outside our organisation, failure of essential third-party infrastructure, government restrictions or similar events which we could not reasonably prevent.
13.2 If such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and resume performance where possible.
13.3 If there is a substantial delay, any statutory right you may have to cancel the contract or obtain a refund remains unaffected.
14. COMPLAINTS AND ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
14.1 We aim to resolve complaints directly, promptly and fairly.
If you have a complaint relating to an order, Subscription or product, please contact:
inquiry.uk@wildkraut.com
or write to:
Wildkraut UK Ltd
Court House, Court Road
Bridgend
CF31 1BE
United Kingdom
14.2 Please provide your order number and sufficient information to allow us to investigate the complaint.
14.3 Wildkraut is not currently committed under these Terms to participate in a particular Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) scheme unless we separately state that we are required or have agreed to do so.
14.4 Where applicable law, a trade association obligation or another binding arrangement requires us to participate in ADR or to provide you with information regarding an available dispute resolution procedure, we will provide the required information when communicating the outcome of your complaint.
14.5 Nothing in this Section prevents you from obtaining independent consumer advice or exercising your right to bring proceedings before a competent court.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
15.1 These Terms and contracts entered into under them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15.2 If you are a consumer living in England or Wales, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
15.3 If you are a consumer living in Scotland, you may normally bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish courts or the courts of England and Wales where applicable.
15.4 If you are a consumer living in Northern Ireland, you may normally bring legal proceedings in either the courts of Northern Ireland or the courts of England and Wales where applicable.
15.5 If you live outside the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights which apply to you under applicable law and which cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
16.1 Wildkraut may update these Terms from time to time. For one-off purchases, the version in force when your order is placed will normally apply to that order.
16.2 We will not retrospectively change the material terms of an existing consumer contract merely by publishing new Terms on our website.
16.3 For an ongoing Subscription, changes will only apply to the existing Subscription where:
(a) you have agreed to the change where agreement is required;
(b) the existing contract validly allows the change and the change is fair under consumer law; or
(c) the change is required by applicable law or regulation.
16.4 Where required, we will give reasonable advance notice of changes affecting an ongoing Subscription.
17. SEVERABILITY
17.1 Each provision of these Terms operates separately.
17.2 If a court or other competent authority decides that any provision is unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as ineffective only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in force so far as legally possible.
17.3 Nothing in this Section permits an invalid consumer term to be replaced automatically by a provision which would reduce statutory consumer protection.
18. MODEL CANCELLATION FORM
You may use this form if you wish to cancel a contract under your statutory cancellation rights. Use of this form is optional.
