Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 Wildkraut UK Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Wildkraut”) provides its services and products in the United Kingdom exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1.2 These Terms apply to all sales and transactions between Wildkraut and its customers through our UK website or any associated sales channels. Customers are defined in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related UK consumer protection legislation.

1.3 When placing an order through the Wildkraut UK website (https://wildkraut.com/uk/checkout/), customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms by ticking the confirmation box during the checkout process.

1.4 Wildkraut reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The version of the Terms in force at the time of the customer’s order will apply to that transaction.

1.5 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2 Formation of Contract

2.1 A binding contract between Wildkraut and the customer is formed when the customer completes an order through the Wildkraut UK website or via an authorised sales channel, and Wildkraut confirms acceptance of that order.

2.2 The display of goods on the Wildkraut website does not constitute a binding offer. By completing the checkout process and clicking the button “Place Order,” the customer submits an offer to purchase under these Terms.

2.3 Wildkraut will acknowledge receipt of the customer’s order via email. A binding contract is formed only when Wildkraut dispatches the goods or sends a formal order confirmation email, whichever occurs first.

2.4 Wildkraut reserves the right to accept or decline any order within seven (7) days of receipt. If an order is declined, any advance payments will be refunded in full without delay.

2.5 All orders are subject to availability. In cases where products are out of stock, customers will be notified promptly and offered an alternative product, refund, or revised delivery date.

3. Prices and shipping costs

3.1 All prices displayed on the Wildkraut UK website are shown in British pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable UK VAT unless otherwise stated.3.2 Shipping costs are not included in the listed product prices. These will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

3.3 Wildkraut may offer free or discounted shipping promotions from time to time. Any such offers will be clearly indicated on the website and are subject to specific terms and time limits.

3.4 All shipping costs, taxes, and duties (where applicable) must be paid by the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise by Wildkraut UK.

3.5 For orders cancelled prior to dispatch in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, shipping charges already paid will be refunded in full.

4. Payment methods, late payment, retention of title

4.1 Wildkraut UK offers the following payment methods for customer convenience: debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfer. The available payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s location and order value.

4.2 For orders paid by bank transfer, full payment must be received before dispatch. Customers are responsible for any bank or transfer fees charged by their provider.

4.3 All electronic payments are processed securely in compliance with Payment Services Regulations 2017 and data protection requirements under the Data Protection Act 2018 (UK GDPR).

4.4 In the event of late payment or non-payment, Wildkraut reserves the right to charge statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, currently set at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, along with reasonable recovery costs.

4.5 The goods remain the property of Wildkraut UK until full payment has been received. Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer only upon receipt of the total purchase price.

4.6 Wildkraut UK reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraud, payment misuse, or unauthorised activity.

5. Customs, Import, and Export Regulations

5.1 Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for complying with their own country’s import and customs regulations. Any duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.

5.2 Wildkraut UK is not liable for delays, confiscations, or additional costs arising from customs inspections or regulatory non-compliance in the destination country.

5.3 Customers are advised to check applicable import restrictions before ordering. If a shipment is returned to Wildkraut UK due to refusal or failure to comply with customs requirements, a refund will be issued minus any return shipping and handling costs incurred.

5.4 All export shipments are handled in compliance with UK export control laws and international trade regulations.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Cancellation Rights)

6.1 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period begins the day after the goods are received by the customer or a third party (other than the carrier) appointed by the customer.

6.2 To exercise this right, customers must clearly notify Wildkraut UK of their decision to cancel the order, either by email to inquiry.uk@wildkraut.com or by using a cancellation form provided on the website.

6.3 To meet the cancellation deadline, the customer must send the cancellation notice before the 14-day period expires.

6.4 The right to cancel does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

6.5 Perishable goods, or those with a short shelf life, are exempt from cancellation once delivered.

7. Consequences of withdrawal

7.1 If the customer cancels the order, Wildkraut UK will refund all payments received, including delivery charges (except supplementary costs resulting from a customer’s choice of a non-standard delivery option), within 14 days of receiving notice of cancellation.

7.2 Wildkraut UK may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or until the customer provides proof of return, whichever occurs first.

7.3 Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

7.4 Customers must return goods to Wildkraut UK without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying their decision to cancel. The return deadline is met if the goods are sent before the 14-day period expires.

7.5 Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless the return is due to an error or fault on the part of Wildkraut UK.

7.6 Wildkraut UK reserves the right to deduct any loss in value from the refund if returned goods are used, damaged, or handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning.

8. Liability and Warranty

8.1 Wildkraut UK’s liability is governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and relevant UK law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Wildkraut’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8.2 Wildkraut UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from improper or unintended use of its products. Customers must use all products in accordance with the guidance provided on packaging, marketing materials, and the official website.

8.3 Due to the natural origin of Wildkraut products, slight variations in colour, texture, scent, or size may occur. Such variations do not constitute defects or grounds for warranty claims.

8.4 Wildkraut products are intended for their specified purpose only. The company accepts no liability for misuse, modification, or use contrary to provided instructions.

8.5 Warranty claims for faulty goods will be handled in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where products are found defective or not as described.

9. Dispatch/shipment/ transfer of risk

9.1 Wildkraut UK aims to dispatch goods within seven (7) business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and destination. Customers will be notified in case of delays.

9.2 Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. For all courier deliveries, responsibility transfers upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

9.3 If the customer fails to take delivery or provide adequate delivery information, Wildkraut UK reserves the right to charge for re-delivery and any associated storage or handling costs.

9.4 In cases where goods cannot be delivered due to factors beyond Wildkraut’s control (such as incorrect addresses, customs holds, or unavailability of the recipient), the order may be cancelled and refunded minus applicable return and handling fees.

9.5 Wildkraut UK may store undelivered goods for a reasonable period and charge storage fees where appropriate. If goods remain uncollected beyond this period, they may be resold or disposed of.

10. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Place of Performance

10.1 These Terms and all related contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, excluding conflict of law principles.

10.2 In the event of any dispute or claim, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. For consumers residing in Scotland or Northern Ireland, local statutory rights remain unaffected.

10.3 The place of performance for all obligations arising under these Terms shall be the registered office of Wildkraut UK.

11. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a competent
authority, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and
enforceability of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that most closely reflects the intent and purpose of the original clause.
